I cannot make sure now if the Oscars will be broadcast live, but if yes, maybe I'll be dropping in, maybe just not staying till the end...
Usually Pro 7 broadcasts the Oscars live with a recap on the next dayhttp://www.prosieben.de/kino_dvd/specials/oscars_2008/index.php
would mean I'd have to go to bed around 6am; my parents will think I am nuts.
Since I'll be going to Germany on the 21
I might pop in. I usually watch the broadcast if I can get out of work the next day! A lot depends on who is broadcasting it in the UK though. If it's Sky, I'm stuffed!
Argue, it's still the jet lag.

Pardon my ignorance, but ..... jet lag ??
e.g. if I were to travel from here to L.A. tomorrow morning at 6am my time, I would arrive in L.A. at 6pm my time. After this long flight I would want to got to bed 4 or 5 hours later, i.e. 10/11pm my time. But 10/11pm my time is 11am/12pm Los Angeles time.
