Knocked Up 2 (Untitled Spin Off) (2012)

Judd Apatow is making a spin-off with Leslie Mann and Paul Rudd's characters. I loved the first movie and Rudd and Mann were better characters IMO than Heigl/Rogan. I look forward to this.

I liked Knocked Up, but quickly got bored of it. The DVD spoilt it for me. Why do they insist on including all the alternate takes? Considering it's improv, there's a lot! I watched about half an hour and felt part of my brain give up, so I abandoned the rest and I can't stomach the film now. The guy playing the Doctor came out of it worst and I've hated him since!

Guys, when you get an Apatow DVD, don't rush to the extras! :stars:

I agree though, Rudd and Mann were great. I'd watch this...

I only saw Knocked up on HBO..that was enough for me. 
I'm not....well...I don't hate Apatow's movies, but I don't love them either for the most part.  I think about the only one I really liked was 40 Year Old Virgin.  And I agree about the extras...entirely too many alternate takes, many of which just weren't funny. 
I also have issues with Seth Rogen.  He is nowhere near as funny as he thinks he is and he comes across as...umm...well..sort of arrogant and smug I guess.

So..not sure I'd see this one or not.  Maybe if it turned up on HBO sometime.

:o I never made it through these for half an hour... I'd watch a few minutes and then switch to the next extra.

Im not sure how I feel about this, I love Judd Apatows films, I even like Funny People! and ive watched all the extras on the bluray version  :P I quite enjoyed them.... But I don't like Megan Fox :/
