Nothing much there for anyone that don't have the iphone version believe it is basically another fix build for iphone.

The release candidate may be downloaded from the downloads link above.

Changes in this build:
- Fixed: DVDs marked as returned in iOS sometimes shown as loaned after sync
- Fixed: Very large (5000+) collections synchronize slowly or not at all
- Fixed: Ratings not shown on reports

Looking forward to 3.8... hopefully the first beta for it will be out before too much time goes by after this beta is done.

If you are in sync with Ken about what "too much time" means, then you shouldn't be disappointed.

Personally I would be up for a parallel beta for versions 3.72 and 3.8

That way those of you all with iphone can help him get straight 3.72

and those of us without it can help him out with 3.8 

But that may be to much info for Ken all at once!

Errr, Android is still part of Google, isn't it?
So if they wanted (and needed) a bandwagon, they'd probably get a whole train.

What? Nooooo. Google threw in with Android to make an Android/Google phone and they happily tie some of their stuff in, but the two are separate.

Google bought "Android" in 2005, AFAIK they never sold it.

That's for using google account services, which is why they bought it, so they could tie it in. But Android is open-source and you don't have to use any google services with it. There are alternatives to each element they provide and you, personally, don't have to sign over anything to them. There are even custom ROMs available.

The point I was making is that's a world away from Apple.

I just got the Samsung Galaxy and love it. No iPod (I went with Zune based on Alien Redrums recommendations... glad I did), no iPad and no iPhone for me.
