In fact we are wearing this "costumes" all the time. Costumes and weird dances is what we do when not wearing uniforms and invade neighbour countries.

Funny video, I've never seen that one before. If you want to see some classic bogans visit the town of Moe, Victoria. A town famous for all the wrong reasons, particularly the Jaidyn Leskie murder case.
The state premier even called it a rural slum a number of years ago. He apologizes later but then the damage was done.
