I bought 3 big shelving units at Wal Mart for $25 each....I only used 2....I drilled out an extra few holes in the 2 Im using and put the extra shelves in them from the 3rd one....I now have storage for about 715 DVD's for $75!!!

That turned out well. I've created a problem for myself when I design my unit of shelves.
It looks great and holds well over 500 + DVDs but I can't add on to it. I'm forced to build a whole new unit.

Thanks!...it bugs me though,that I have that empty space...guess I will have to fill it up pretty quick,lol...

That is exactly the type of thing that I need (but only one if it was another 1/3rd wider).
I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

If I am not mistaken on top of the bookcase is some movie poster stands that you got when you bought little statues of certain (at least in my case) movie monsters. I have one for The Fly and a few others.

At least that is what it looks like from the picture.

It does indeed look like little poster thingys. The third from the left appearsvto be Halloween... :D

Yup,thats exactly what they are  ;D....I didnt take them out the package,I bought them like that,but the figures are in another collection of mine....I was trying to figure out a way to incorporate everything together,but it just looked sloppy when I did that!!...But I do have a bunch more dvd's and a couple box sets on the way,so hopefully it fill up soon,lol
