My Thoughts I love the Looney Tunes characters and cartoons.  I saw this movie in the theater when it came out.  Yes it is silly, but that silliness works for the movie and helps to make it fun and entertaining.  The idea of cartoon characters being real and able to interact with real people is something that came up in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, another movie I really enjoyed.  The plot is very simple, but it manages to be entertaining.  There is a decent amount of humor to what is going on, though there is a lot of silliness to the humor.  That may bother some people, but I think it works for the movie and helps make things more entertaining.  Even the action is more silly and humorous.  Several different Looney Tunes characters turn up throughout the movie, though many of them are just briefly shown and don't actually do much.  The characters are entertaining, though it would have been nice if some of them had more to do.  Bugs and Daffy receive the most attention since they are in most of the movie.  The two of them don't always get along, which fits with how the characters were established originally in the cartoons.  The human characters are a bit over the top, which does work for the plot.  Steve Martin does a really good job as the villain.
