Guest Stars:
Heath Freeman as Howard Epps
Christie Lynn Smith as Caroline Epps
Mik Scriba as Warden T.C. Everett
Pancho Demmings as FBI Agent Jay Ramirez
Kathy Lamkin as Marianne Epps
My Thoughts:
This is the final episode with serial killer Howard Epps. And it is a great episode! I enjoyed every second of it! And once again it holds true.. one (or more) of the team in trouble and my interest in the episode is increased... even after multiple viewings!

Another episode I enjoyed quite a bit. I liked the case they worked on. I liked Booth in therapy. The only thing I didn't really care for is Sully... the agent that Brennan worked with on this case.

Bones: Season 2
14. The Man in the Mansion
Air Date:
2/14/07

Guest Stars:
Stephen Fry as Dr. Gordon Wyatt
Eddie McClintock as FBI Agent Tim Sullivan
Reid Scott as Robert Frasier
Patricia Belcher as Asst. US Attorney Caroline Julian
Ernie Hudson as David Barron
My Thoughts:
Another one I enjoyed quite a bit. What I liked a lot about this one that you don't see too often in this series is that there is a good amount of time devoted to the courtroom. This was a bit of a bonus for me as I always liked courtroom dramas.

Bones: Season 2
15. The Bodies in the Book
Air Date:
3/14/07
Truth meets fiction as a series of copycat murders appears to be modeled on scenarios from Brennan’s latest novel.
Guest Stars:
Eddie McClintock as FBI Agent Tim Sullivan
Jonathan Slavin as Hank Belden
Valarie Pettiford as Ellen Laskow
Chris Conner as Oliver Laurier
Colby French as Greg Braley
My Thoughts:
This one is a great episode. Kept my attention the entire time. Though it is an obvious storyline. .. what with Brennan being a best selling novelist. I am actually kind of surprised they held off to the second season to do it.

Actually, Pete, do you know that the series is based on a series of books by Kathy Reichs and she really is an anthropologist who works with the FBI? Well, at least in a teaching capacity.
The episodes aren't based on her stories directly, but the idea of Brennan being a novelist is a neat link...

Yup... I sure did know that. Though I never did bother to look into her that much yet.

I'm sure she's pleased to hear it. You can be arrested for that sort of thing...

Bones: Season 2
16. The Boneless Bride in the River
Air Date:
3/21/07
Brennan’s vacation with Sully is interrupted by a strange case involving a curious Chinese tradition and the death of a mail-order bride.
Guest Stars:
Eddie McClintock as FBI Agent Tim Sullivan
Michael Paul Chan as Professor Shi Jon Chen
J. P. Pitoc as Drew Harper
James Hong as Joseph Han

My Thoughts:
Not a bad episode... but more a standard filler type episode. At least this is the last episode with Sully so that is a plus.

Bones: Season 2
17. The Priest in the Churchyard
Air Date:

When a water main break at an historical cemetery unearths the victim of a recent murder, Brennan and Booth’s constant bickering hinders their handling of the case.
Guest Stars:
Stephen Fry as Dr. Gordon Wyatt
George Coe as Father William Donlan
David Burke as Father Matthew Sands
Wendy Braun as Lorraine Bergin

My Thoughts:
A good episode. It has an interesting story. The more I see of Dr. Wyatt (Booth's psychiatrist) the more I like that character. Some reason I just get a kick out of him.

18. The Killer in the Concrete
Air Date:
4/4/07

Guest Stars:
Ryan O'Neal as Max Keenan
Greg Baker as Melvin Gallagher

My Thoughts:
A good episode... but nothing to really get excited about. While the story is interesting enough it does tend to loose a little something after multiple viewings.

Gordon Wyatt? That's Stephen Fry! Officially a national treasure here in the UK.
He is very like that character really. Incredibly intelligent and fiercely witty. Here's a clip from a panel show (a very popular format here) with celebrities called QI. It's a quiz of sorts about "Quite Intelligent" facts...

Guest Stars:
Andrea Thompson as Nina Sanborn
Lisa Waltz as Jean Marie Howard
Ian Anthony Dale as Commander James Adams

Entertaining episode. I liked what the story is about on this one. I also enjoyed the back and forth between the squints when it comes to extraterrestrials.

Bones: Season 2
20. The Glowing Bones in the Old Stone House
Air Date:
5/9/07
It’s food for thought when the stabbing death of a popular chef sparks an investigation.
Guest Stars:
A. J. Buckley as Dan
Brian Hallisay as Ben Michaelson
Hillary Tuck as Abby
Dan Martin as Homeland Security Major
Larry Bates as Ernie
My Thoughts:
Another entertaining episode. The case they were working on was good... but I found myself more interested in the side story with Hodgins and Angela then I was the actual case they were working on.
