Bones: Season 1
20. The Graft in the Girl
Air Date:
4/26/06
Angela befriends a young cancer patient while Brennan and Booth trace the source of her illness: a tainted bone graft provided by a rogue bio-tissue supply house.
Guest Stars:
Mark Harelik as Dr. Peter Ogden
Matt Winston as Nick Martin
Alexandra Krosney as Amy Cullen
Katie Mitchell as Maddie Hastings
Paul Keeley as Dr. Ken Ralston
My Thoughts:
Another excellent episode! For me... this one is more about the story of the daughter of Booth's boss then it is about the case. It is a very powerful and dramatic story. One thing I wanted to mention a couple times since starting this thread is that in the first season Booth's boss is played by John M. Jackson... who also played Admiral Chegwidden on another series I liked a lot...

Guest Stars:

Kirk B.R. Woller as Peter Lefferts
Mitch Longley as Hank Lutrell
Stacey Hogue as Private Jody Campbell
My Thoughts:
A good episode. It has a very interesting story that keeps your attention through-out. It is a bit of an emotional episode as well. Definitely an emotional time for Booth. I also liked how they handled Hodgin's character. They knew just how much to let his character have his conspiracy rants and how much to reel him in. They used Angela to real him in when needed.

Guest Stars:

My Thoughts:
A very good conclusion to the first season. In this one... not only does Brennan get closure for her mother but she also finds out that her father is still alive. So not only does it make for a good season finale it also leaves a lot open to draw you in for the second season.

Bones: Season 2
1. The Titan on the Tracks
Air Date:
8/30/06
Brennan and Booth's investigation points to foul play when an apparent suicide causes a train to derail and kills a senator. And, Brennan receives some disturbing news about her mother's killer.
Guest Stars:
Christine Estabrook as Lisa Supac
Ray Wise as Rick Turco
Ann Cusack as Dianne Hochman
Timothy Landfield as SEC Investigator Dan Burroughs
Sam Witwer as Mitchell Downs
My Thoughts:
First thing I notice when I put in the first disc of the second season is that they added the ability to play all... instead of having to go back to the menu after each episode like you had to do with the first season. I am always glad to see that. It is a good start to the new season... but not a favorite episode. This is the first episode to have Camille as Brennan's boss. Who I personally prefer over the boss in season 1... so I am happy about that.

A good episode here... though not quite as good as the last one. This one has an interesting story about a man with multiple wives. I tell you what this is easing my pain of not being able to watch horror some. Some of the stuff the show on these episodes is pretty gory looking. Which is cool by me... get a little gore-ific images without cheating and watching horror!

This is an excellent episode. I enjoyed every minute of it. Even after seeing this one multiple times it kept my interest from beginning to end. For some reason I always get extra interested anytime on of the gang is in trouble.. and in this one.... not one but two of them are in some serious trouble. I also liked how they left this open to be able to come back to the storyline again at a later date.

Terrell Clayton as Doug Edison
My Thoughts:
This is a good... fun episode to watch. Sure it is a blatant copy of Blair Witch Project... but it was still fun to watch. Especially seeing the squints deal with the idea of something supernatural.
