The Incredible Hulk: Season 3

23. ON THE LINE

My Thoughts:
A good episode... but seems a bit "been there done that"... if I am not mistaken we already had an episode or two involving a forest fire already. Don't get me wrong... they did a fine job with it. But was it really needed once again?

The Incredible Hulk: Season 4

Airdate: Nov. 7, 1980
David finds himself trapped in his metamorphosis to the Hulk while trying to help a newly blinded woman.

Guest Stars:
Laurie Prange
Roger Robinson
John O'Connell
Stack Pierce

My Thoughts:
An excellent start to this classic 2-parter. This 2 part episode has always been a favorite of mine.I really liked the way they made David look when he is stuck at the half way point of his transformation. And I think Bill Bixby played it perfectly. dropping the intelligence level of his character just right... and bringing up the anger. Just worked great.

Guest Stars:
Laurie Prange
Monte Markham
Carol Baxter
Whit Bissell

My Thoughts:
And here we have an excellent conclusion. I liked the story... really liked the blind woman he was with... which is something I forgot to mention in my thoughts of Part 1. The woman that played her has appeared in this series before. The first time in the second TV Movie from before the series... Death in the Family. Where she played the girl that was being poisoned for the inheritance. And I liked her in it this time just as much as I did in that TV Movie.

Guest Stars:

My Thoughts:
Not a bad episode... but really pretty standard. I did like the sky diving scenes. That is something I always wanted to try... but never had the opportunity. Heck... I never even been in a plane before. In this one the storyline was just OK... and I had a difficult time caring about most the characters.

Guest Stars:
Cameron Mitchell
Jennifer Holmes
Anthony Caruso
Gordon Connell
Thomas MacGreevy

My Thoughts:
Well... what can I say... the mood hit me this evening to watch some of this show. I been feeling the desire return every since I watched the Thanksgiving episode the other day. I kept putting off returning to this series only because the plot for this episode just didn't sound to appealing to me. 10 minutes into this one and I could tell I don't care for the style this one was done. In the old gumshoe type style... where you hear the PI narrating the story for you.... Blah! It really kinda ruined the story for me... just not my taste. The only thing this one had for me to enjoy is when The Hulk was on the screen.

The Incredible Hulk: Season 4

9. KING OF THE BEACH
Airdate: Feb. 6, 1981
A private detective pegs David as the prime suspect in a blackmailing case, but once his innocence is proven the two join forces to find the real culprit.

Guest Stars:
Leslie Ackerman
Charlie Brill
George Caldwell
Lou Ferrigno
Carol Swarbrick

My Thoughts:
In this one Lou Ferrigno gets an extra part (as well as a guest star credit to go along with his starring credit) for a role other then The Hulk. I didn't care too much for the last couple... but this one is much better. I enjoyed seeing Lou Ferrigno without the green make-up.

The hulk feels right at home with the bizarre exhibits in a wax museum when David takes a job there, but a shifty relative of the owner could make the situation sticky.

Guest Stars:
Christine Belford
Ben Hammer

My Thoughts:
This one I liked a lot. It has a really good story... and I liked the setting in the wax museum. I got a kick out of how David handled it when the sculptor used his face for one of the wax figures in the museum.

Guest Stars:

My Thoughts:
Another good episode. But it isn't as good as the previous one. It has a decent story to it though. But really it is just a basic filler episode.
