The only mystery is...will I be able to think of an answer...any answer?!? :bag:

I'll be quiet for awhile, if that will help.   :-[

Thanks for the offer Hal. The only problem is...the problem is ME! I should know, no I did know, some of the answers but I can't come up with any of them.

In the genre Science Fiction...

In E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, Elliott lures E.T. out of the shed by dropping pieces of candy towards his house and his bedroom. Why kind of candy does Elliott use?

Sorry Jon, that is incorrect. I was expecting someone to say M&M's. But that's not right.

Kathy's correct.

The company that manufactures M & M's was offered the chance to tie in the famous product and someone nixed the idea. They next turned to Hershey's and they said yes to the product placement of Reese's Pieces. Within two weeks of the film's release, sales of Reese's Pieces went through the roof. It is still considered one of the greatest blunders in business history, alongside the new Coke.

In the genre Science-Fiction...

In Flesh Gordon, the 1974 drive-in film that spoofed the original Flash Gordon, Emperor Wang the Perverted points his Sex-Ray weapon at the Earth from his home planet, turning everyone on Earth into sex-mad fiends. What is the name of the Emperor's home planet?
