Topic: Name this film!

Hey guys, I'm trying to remember the name of a film I seen in the cinema around 2005/2006. It was a crappy horror/thriller based on the babysitter "call coming from inside the house" urban legend, and I can't remember much else about it. I think the house that it was based in had some sort of cool fountain or pond in the middle of it, and at one point the babysitter girl hid from the killer guy underneath the water. I thought it was "One Missed Called", then ordered it and realised that that is a completely different film!

Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?

Haven't seen it, but it must have been A Stranger Calls.

Note that it was remake; the plot point isn't an urban myth, but simply half remembered from the original.

Yes thats it! Thanks lol, I don't know why but I've had a random urge to watch it recently. But according to the all-knowing Wikipedia, the original A Stranger Calls "derives its story from the classic folk legend of "The Babysitter and the Man Upstairs"." So
