Uncharted 3. I didn't notice you posted the Arkham trailer.

Wow, that looked almost real! It will be interesting to see what the game-play graphics are like?

Both the Mass Effect 3 and Batman Arkham City trailers are basically photo-realistic. The actual gameplay will look more like the Uncharted graphics though. Some games have a habit of teasing us with high-end almost realistic graphics in debut trailers only to have ordinary game visuals in the actual game.

Well we know the graphics won't be like what we saw in the trailer, it isn't possible with the current gen consoles. But you're right graphics will probably be on par with Uncharted 2.

That's what's good about the Uncharted series. So far all of their trailers have been made up of actual in-game footage, gameplay and cutscenes. It looks stunning and it's what we are going to actually get when we get the game. None of this overly fancy stuff that isn't actually in the game when you buy it.

I know this isn't a Playstation 3 game, but I did get my main character to level 81 in WoW last night.  Thinking I'm going to play a bit more tonight here soon.
I started doing quests in one of the new areas.

I've been watch this series of videos on youtube call The Online Gamer. It's about a guy who is an exaggerated representation of the stereotypical ultra aggressive hardcore gamer.

Cataclysm, the new expansion for WoW, raised the level cap from 80 to 85.  It just came out Tuesday, and there are already a bunch of players at 85...some rushed to get to 85 to try to be the first on a server to hit 85.  I'm not worried about rushing through stuff..I'm enjoying the quests I've done so far.  I've been in the new underwater area.  it looks really cool.  And I have a sea horse mount.   It will take me a while to get to 85, but I'll get there.  I still have lower level characters that I've been trying to work on as well, though I'm focusing on my main character right now.  She's a Night Elf Hunter.  I didn't make it to level 82 yet, but I did get several more quests done..think I'm almost halfway through the level.

A guy at work took three days off when this came out last week. He played it for 24 hours straight apparently, then on and off for the next two days.
And this guy has a wife two little kids, it's not like he has heaps of time on his hands.

Though I have heard of people doing that sort of thing.

I installed mine Tuesday night after I was home from work.  I logged on my main character long enough to do 2 daily quests and get her the flying in Kalimador and Eastern Kingdoms.  I did visit the profession trainers and learn the new levels for her professions and I learned the new profession Archeology.  I was logged on...hmm..maybe an hour.  Thursday night I logged on and did a few daily quests..only played for like half an hour.  Last night, on Friday, I finally played longer.  I did several daily quests and then traveled to one of the new areas.  I did like 35 quests there and leveled up to 81.  All that took like 2 hours at the most.

Tonight I played...hmm..an hour or two.  I did one daily quest and then got back to the new area and started doing quests there again.  I might have played a little longer, but I'm tired.

Most of the time when I play, it is just for a few hours at a time.  I'm just glad there haven't been lines to log in like there were for the last expansion on my server.  I'm thinking some people moved to a different server.  So far I haven't encountered any waiting to log on, but with the last one, there were times it took over an hour.  That was highly annoying.  I've read on forums that some people have been having horrible wait times to get logged in...hours and hours on the higher population servers.

I loved the Batman teaser too. But... autumn? 2011? Urgh. I've been doing some calculations and you know how many months that is?

My exact thoughts for Batman, Uncharted 3, Portal 2 (yes I know I haven't even finished the first one yet) and The Last Guardian.

I was at the PSN Store last night there is some Uncharted 3 stuff there.
There is a wallpaper, a theme, an avatar which is .45c and the trailer which is free and that I also downloaded. It looks even more amazing in high definition.

I went onto the PS3 store last night as well looking for Uncharted 3 stuff but I couldn't find any. I must have gone on earlier before they added it. I did however purchase the Uncharted 2 Siege Expansion Pack. It was less than $5 so I thought why not. I haven't explored any of the new maps yet.
