have you seen State and Main with Macy?  It is a great ensemble cast with very quirky humorous writing .. he plays a director here also

Yeah, enjoyed State and Main. Not even Sarah Jessica Parker could mess it up.

Just ordered... (yes, another order today!)

Finally! Terminator on Blu-ray

Apparently newly remastered and region free.
But also extras-free...? May still wait for the next update then :(

Not exactly extras free but definitely extras light  :( On the back it states Creating the Terminator: Visual Effects and Music, Terminator: A Retrospective, Terminated scenes
So a making of, a look back and deleted scenes.
I must have missed that when looking at the back cover. I may have to change my mind then, those features don't look all that bad. And in the end I could still keep my old special edition to go along with it.

Tell me what you think of "How Do You Know" when you get around to watch it please? :)
I've been thinking about that movie, since i'm a big fan of Reese! But i've heard so much
different about the movie so :)

I rented the Blu-ray a while ago and didn't think it was that good but at the same time not rubbish. I gave it a 2.5/5. I actually waited for this to drop to under £2 for the commentary which is apparently worth a listen and wasn't included on the rental blu-ray disc.

samuelrichardscott .. I see you got "Miracle on 34th Steet".  Don't know if this was just a chance buy or if you like the holiday films of old .. but if you like them then have you seen Holiday Affair with Robert Mitchum and Janet Leigh?
Thank you
David

I grabbed Miracle on a last second click of the mouse on a complete whim, but Holiday Affair looks rather interesting and I've been trying to extend my knowledge of films of yesteryear (I need to!). With Janet Leigh and Robert Mitchum involved and a cheap price on Amazon, I pulled the trigger. Thanks for the recommendation.

Just ordered:

I already own The Game on HD DVD but it was cheaper to buy the double feature than just The Gingerbread Man on its own.
