I quite enjoyed it. One of my favourite Philip K. Dick adaptations. Loved the stop-motion work (the little that there was). The sequel was horrendous!

I also heard mainly good things about Screamers and I think I once caught a shirt section of it on TV. I Aldo based my decision on the fac it was based on a story by Philip K. Dick. And Robocop (Peter Weller) is in it too.....

First thing this morning Brittany decided to give me my Father's Day gifts. Happy Father's Day everyone. There is other fathers here on the site... isn't there? Anyway.... she got me...

Stingray: The Complete Series
STINGRAY, starring Nick Mancuso, is an enigmatic adventurer with no traceable past who travels from place to place fighting crime and helping people in trouble. He refuses to be paid for his services; however, those seeking his assistance must promise him a favor. Sometime in the future, Ray will come to them and ask to collect on that favor, giving them some task that is often arduous and/or dangerous. The title of the show comes from the vintage Corvette Stingray that Ray drives.
The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Third Season
Worlds collide in Season 3! A love affair with Penny has opened a big, wide, wonderful world of romance for Leonard. But Sheldon likes the world just the way it was, thank you. All of which makes for a zany comic triangle with brainy, clueless Sheldon and practical, grounded Penny hilariously vying for the role of hypotenuse. This complete 3-Disc, 23-Episode Season 3 Set also features Raj, Howard, tattoos, football, awkward dates, jail time, Stan Lee, a The Lord of the Rings ring and all the fun of a series that only gets better. The Big Bang Theory "has transformed from a cute comedy about eggheads and their hottie neighbor into an addictive ensemble piece that could be this decade's answer to Friends" (Lynette Rice, Entertainment Weekly).

I never seen the series Stingray... but going by the overview it sounded interesting. So thought it was worth checking out. So put it on my wishlist. And it is a cheap series too... Only $6.99 for the entire series (25 episodes).

The Big Bang Theory: Season 3 finally catches me up on the DVD releases... well that is until this past season is released in September. Looking forward to watching these episodes again.

The Warrior and the Wolf

Oh no. Dave, I'm currently preparing a review of this film. It is shockingly bad. I mean, really poor. I'm struggling to think of any one thing that could redeem it and I can't. I can always find something to like! I'm an eternal optimist when it comes to film. Stuff like 44 Inch Chest had a fundamental problem in the story that I found borderline offensive, but even that had a cast to praise and a fantastic opening scene. The Warrior and the Wolf is simply a non-event on every level.

So, are your expectations suitably lowered?
