And Pete got a sweet set.  Only possible clinker in the group is "The Haunting in Connecticut 2".  "Adams Family" is always funny ... love Anjelica Huston and Raúl Juliá (he is missed).  And can't go wrong with some of the great hollywood films ... "Mutiny on the Bounty" (as long as it isn't Mel Gibson :) ), "Hight Noon" and "The Bridge on the River Kwia".  Great films.
Thank you
David

Oh, yeah! I havent watched 'The Haunting in Connecticut 2' but i have watched the first one tho. And really enjoyed that one. So i'm curious about the 2nd one. And "The Bridge On The River Kwai" is up there with Platoon and Casablanca (two of my absolute favorite movies of all times!)

This is a blu ray / DVD set but since the case doesn't have the blu banner (it's the same type of case use by Criterion) I won't see any reasons to use the DVDP BR banner.

Received this morning from Amazon UK ;D

As usual I'm impress by the efficiency of the british mail... Posted monday like the one I got yesterday from Amazon Canada and got it one day after. 4 days delivery from another continent is sure impressive service in my book and it's not because I take highly price shipping method since I use the standard £3.08 shipping.

Two of my favourite childhood movies, so I just had to see how they were dubbed in English (these movies don't actually have an "original" voice track):

They Call Me Trinity / Trinity is Still My Name (1970 - 1971)
Lo chiamavano Trinità / ...continuavano a chiamarlo Trinità

Oct 18th - €0.00 ($25.96) @ Amazon.com (paid via gift certificate)

Collection no. 1065 - 1066

Since this was decades before reunification sometimes these movies ended up with different titles in East and West Germany.

Whilst the English titles are almost literal translations of the original Italian, the German title for the first movie was "Die rechte und die linke Hand des Teufels" ("The Right and the Left Hand of the Devil") whilst the second part was called "Vier Fäuste für ein Halleluja" ("Four Fists for a Hallelujah") in West and "Der kleine und der müde Joe" ("The Little and the Sleepy Joe") in East Germany.
