I just watched Showtime with my brother this evening... I thought it was a lot of fun!
Yeah .. it is a 'fun' buddy movie.  I like Robert DeNiro in these lighter fair.  He seems to have a good sense of humor.
Thank you
David

Can't say as I've never seen it...

But this is a review from Ian Jane who is always reliable in his works. But he don't talk a lot about the acting performance, except for this :

"Aside from the crappy kid actors, most of the folks do fine. No real standouts though, as no one seems really on their best game here."

Wich sound to me like you got decent performances.

The english blu-ray of The Fog is done with a very bad master and look awfull according to many at the blu-ray forum... Shout! Factory will release a special edition later in 2013.

I'll pass it as I don't like that film enough to upgrade the special edition dvd from MGM, but that could be interesting for you.

I had seen a review somewhere that said it was o.k. (even of not great). I am sure I will stil get the Shout! release next year anyway :bag: Now, since they already released They Live as well, I wonder if they are also planning to do Prince of Darkness :hmmmm:
