Remembering your comments after my review last year, Emma, do NOT watch the colourised version first.  :voodoo: I know I said it was well done (it is), but that's no excuse. It's A Wonderful Life is a black and white film and should be watched as such.

Just sayin'. ;)

:p to be honest, the only reason I bought this version was because it was 10.99 for the DVD black and white version or 12.99 for this version ;p and well... im sure the black and white looks improved on Blu-ray to.

That's the only current version, on Blu-Ray anyway. And good grief, yes, it looks amazing! You appreciate good photography, I know, and this is the best oldie I have on Blu. I understand it wasn't remastered for Blu, but still, it looks incredible. Better for instance than Casablanca.
