But also, after reading the Variety article footnoted in the Wiki page, if the Coens stay true to the novel, it will surely tank. That was all well and good back in the mid-60's, but it 'won't play in Peoria'. Biblical references and Mattie being the main focus will doom the film. I myself would relish the concept, but an audience today will be turned off.
