I just find that it was re-release in november by Arrow Films and it's certainly better than the Second Sight Films released from 9 years ago or my copy. But Amazon.uk doesn't had a lot of details and I can't even find it on the Arrows website.

So maybe one of you had bought it and can help me on this.

How is the image quality? Not another VHS port I hope
Any extra on it since the dvd price is £15.99?
It seems much longer than my copy (2h18 vs 2h05), is it only the PAL difference (13 minutes look like a lot to me)?

The difference from PAL to NTSC (speedup/slowdown) is 4%. While that down's seem that much at first, of you actually calculate it the numbers get surprisingly high.

If I remember correctly PAL simply speeds up the film to get from the theatrical 24fps to the 25fps used for PAL. Speeding up is not an option for NTSC, so in order to get from 24fps to 30fps they show several frames (well, six, obviously) twice.
