If it is not directly Christmas-themed... ;)

I do not have enough Christmas related movies to fill any sort of marathon.

The same as usual. With different choices. I always did the letter thing because I did't want to constrain myself to Christmas movies.

I have several Christmas movies..or at least mention Christmas or take place on Christmas - like Die Hard ;) - but I don't have as many of those as I do movies that work for Halloween.

Ah, yes, there is that... Well, that I can go along with. I have recently been able to watch about up to 25 movies per month, so there is potential.

I am getting ready to set up my Christmas Marathon thread... anyone else here planning to do one? After all... Saturday starts December already!

Edit:
I even checked with my friend that works at the video store for some new Christmas movies to watch this year.  :)

I will watch some Christmas movies..like I said, I already started with Christmas Vacation...and I'm thinking I'll watch it again before Christmas.
I've been watching some Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel already this year too.

We haven't had a joined marathon in what seems like forever (not counting the October marathon). Neither our in the past annual Christmas marathon, nor a TV series or movie series marathon. Would there be interest to start something like that again? And if yes, which one? Any ideas?

Modern Doctor Who

I would be for it. Any excuse to watch it again ;)
Are there others who would be interested to join? If we should do it, which pace should we follow?

I could probably do that.  Depending on when it started and how nuts work was.
I don't have the last season yet..but I have the others.  Though I think I might still be missing the one Christmas episode...but I have most of it.

The second to last series is on the way for me. I also don't have the last one yet. Currently it is too expensive.
When should we start? Beginning of the new year?
