I have to admit that I never have seen any of the Mission Impossible movies.

I hear these actually look quite good on Blu-ray, whilst ive only seen Mission Impossible 1, If I had a Blu-ray player id buy it.

I have gone ahead now and ordered it.
I also did notice that I still had an order waiting there which was waiting for credit card verification. The registering of this new credit card verification system did not work for me, but because the status said "Order received" at the time, I thought everything was okay. Today I got it to work. The link which said it will open in a new window I had to copy and open it myself in a new window. Now my orders are verified.
My other order was the Godfather trilogy on Blu for the same price. No idea if they will still ship them to me for this price, because it said that orders will be kept for 48h when waiting for verification. But it was a month now since I ordered it.

Same here. Placed an order, thought it was o.k. However, despite the last message being "Stock awaited for 12/14/2009" it still hasn't ship. Buit I can't seem to find a message that I still need to verify my credit cards. Where exactly did you see that? I have nothing within the order details nor in the credit card details

Strangely, when I tried it with IE (after I at first could not get it to work in Firefox), the message wasn't there it all.
Maybe it is dependent on the credit card company. I use VISA.

I ordered this too, along with Kung Fu Panda blu-ray which has finally dipped below £10! That title has held it's price for ages.

I also woke up to a mail from Play saying order was not completed and I needed to verify credit card details.
Went into account and added the 3 digit bit in credit card part of account, and this hopefully will release the order for processing now?

Thanks Tom. I use VISA too. I vaguely remember to have seen such message but by reflex I clicked it away to quick. However, now there is nothing next to each order or in the order details. In the list it says "Status: Awaiting Stock" and in the details it says "Status: Awaiting Stock: 15/12/2009". Well, I guess wait few more days and if nothing changes I'll order through Amazon, who now show the same item as "In Stock".
