The X-Files: Season 6 - How The Ghosts Stole Christmas
Mulder convinces Scully to put aside her gift wrapping on the night before Christmas to help him stake out a reputed haunted house.

My Thoughts:
Not only is this one of my favorite Christmas episodes to watch each year... it is one of my favorite episodes of X-Files. This episode has 2 big named guest stars in Ed Asner and Lily Tomlin. How The Ghosts Stole Christmas takes place in (and some outside) a haunted house the entire episode only has the 4 actors in it. And I think they all did a great job.

I Love Lucy: Season 6 - Christmas Show
The Ricardos and the Mertzes spend Christmas Eve decorating a tree and remembering moments that led up to the birth of Little Ricky.

My Thoughts:
Next I thought I would go with a Blast from the Past and watch the only Christmas episode of I Love Lucy. I thought it was cute how Lucy and Ricky explained to Little Ricky why Santa don't come till after he goes to bed and better yet the how Santa comes down the Chimney with no stairs. I think it was a good mixture of Christmas scenes and scenes from Lucy pregnancy and birth of Little Ricky. While I may have preferred a strictly Christmas episode, I did enjoy how they did it.

The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries: Season 2 - Will the Real Santa...
The distinction between who's naughty and who's nice becomes blurred as Nancy works to restore the honor of a gentleman who is accused of burglary -- and who claims to be Santa Claus.

My Thoughts:
Now this one is a real trip down memory lane! I used to love this show when I was no more then a little tyke. This is one of the episodes that Pamela Sue Martin played Nancy Drew (Janet Louise Johnson [AKA Janet Julian] took over shortly after). And she happens to be my favorite Nancy Drew to date. This is a good episode. It is strong on the holiday spirit... at the same time has a good mystery. Actually it has 2 mysteries. One being the Christmas Burglar and the other being the two men that are following Griffin throughout the entire episode. After having this set for a couple years now... this episode is becoming a regular addition to my Christmas Marathon.

Bones: Season 1 - Man in the Fallout Shelter
The team is quarantined and must remain in the lab over Christmas when the examination of a corpse trips the building's biohazard system.

My Thoughts:
This is an excellent episode. Bones has a great cast that has wonderful chemistry together. I think this was a very good way to do a Christmas episode for this series. The story was well done... I really liked the hologram Christmas Tree Angela made... as well as all the gifts they made for each other. Not to mention the case they were working on... they even made it good for the season. Definitely one I would recommend.

A Very Brady Christmas
Mike and Carol Brady decide to spend their savings on bringing their kids and relatives in for the holidays, but the kids are having their own problems: Greg (now a doctor) has to make the trip alone since his wife Nora is spending the holidays with her family; Peter is embarrassed to bring his girlfriend home since she is his boss; Bobby is hiding the fact that he dropped out of business grad school to race cars; Marcia's husband, Wally, has been laid off from his job at Tyler Toys; Jan and stuffy husband Phillip are separating; and Cindy is tired of the fact that mom and dad can't respect her as a grown woman. Just another day in the life of the Bradys.

My Thoughts:
For some reason I like the Brady Bunch reunion movies more then I do the actual series. This one in particular. For some reason this movie gets me in the mood for Christmas. Something that has been difficult for me the past several years. Seeing a large family celebrating Christmas of my childhood Holidays where I was the youngest child of a large family. It was fun to see most of the cast back after all the years that past. The reunion movies in this complete series set is the main reason I bought the complete series set... instead of the individual seasons. Since that is the only way to get them.

Bones: Season 3 - The Santa in the Slush
It's up to Bones to save Christmas when the body of a shopping mall Santa named Kris Kringle seems to be the real McCoy.

My Thoughts:
Another very good episode of Bones. There was a lock of good jokes on how this guy appears to be the real Santa and Christmas. But I think my favorite part of this one is when Caroline would help Brennen get the trailer for her father's Christmas only if she kissed Booth for at least 5 seconds under the mistletoe. When this scene happens... Brennen said it is like kissing her brother... and Caroline says "You must really like your brother."

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Season 3 - Amends
As the Christmas Holiday approaches, Angel is tormented by his past victims, including Jenny Calendar, who want him to kill Buffy.

My Thoughts:
This is the one and only Christmas episode of Buffy. And then it really is just a backdrop... not really part of the storyline that much. Though it is a good episode... flashbacks from the old days shows us some Angelus. Who gets a visit from Jenny Calendar... or so he thinks.

The Dead Zone: Season 4 - A Very Dead Zone Christmas
When female psychic Alex Sinclair (Jeniffer Finnigan) pays Johnny (Anthony Michael Hall) a surprise Chrsitmas visit, the two work together to solve the mystery of one very lost and confused Santa.

My Thoughts:
I liked how they did this Christmas episode.Though it does run a little shorter then a normal episode... clocking in at 40min.This one had 2 side stories... the lost and confused Santa... as well as the orphaned brothers. And of course... being a Christmas episode it had to have happy endings for both storylines.

Santa's Slay
It turns out that Santa Claus is not really the sweet old fellow that we all know and love. In fact, he's a devil and the only thing that's kept his bad side in check was a bet he lost with an angel. After 1,000 years of playing nice, the bet is up and Santa is about to open up a can of holiday whoop-ass! The only glimmer of hope comes from an old man with a secret, his grandson and his girlfriend. Brace yourself for one really bad Santa, bent on spreading holiday fear!

My Thoughts:
I watched this Christmas Comedy Horror on FEARnet On-Demand first thing this morning. It is one that while not the most intelligent thing in the world does have something about it that is entertaining at the same time. Not a movie I would call good... but definitely mindless fun. This is one of those odd situations that I wholeheartedly know is a bad movie... but I still enjoyed it for some masochistic reason. I got a kick out of seeing Robert Culp as the angel that transformed himself into an old man to win a bet to make this Christmas demon into the Santa everyone in the world known and loved for the past 1000 years. I also liked the teen's girlfriend in this played by Emile de Raven. And I definitely got a kick out of the opening scene where we see Fran Dreschler get killed off. While I can't (and would never) recommend this movie to someone else... it is one I am tempted to add to my collection to watch during the Holiday season.

Ben 10: Season 3 - Merry Christmas
Ben, Grandpa Max, and Gwen come upon a bizarre Christmas theme park run by an evil entity who thinks Grandpa Max is Santa Claus and proceeds to trap him. What will this lead to? And can Ben save the day one more time?

My Thoughts:
Brittany wanted me to watch one of her Christmas episodes with her. So when I told her to go pick something out... this is what she came back with. It is a pretty good cartoon Christmas episode. Even if it does take place in the middle of the summer.

I don't know about anyone else here... but I am having more trouble getting into the spirit of the Holiday this year then I have had in a very long time now. It just don't seem like I have it in me this year.

Supernatural: Season 3 - A Very Supernatural Christmas
What comes down the chimney? Santa Claus. What goes up the chimney? Screaming, clawing victims of the Anti Claus, a pagan god with an unjolly thirst for blood. Scary Christmas, Sam and Dean.

My Thoughts:
This is a Christmas episode that I definitely see making it into my marathon every year. I enjoyed it very much.  I liked how they had flashbacks to show what Christmas was like for Sam & Dean as kids.
