Deep Discount 2 for 1 sale
« on: November 30, 2007, 04:06:55 AM »
I have post this already on the Invelos forum, but since I'm not sure that all of us frequent the 2 boards.

Deep Discount have a new sale ending the 16 december

2 for 1 on the TV series from Fox/MGM

Just enter this code BOGOFOXMGM

It's certainly an interesting sale, since a lot of good series are release by Fox. I just hope that you didn't spend all your budget on their last sale.

I would not have know had you not posted here because I'm one of those who no longer follow the Invelos forums.

Sorry guys, but it's a 50% sales

It's sure that I've miss the precedent sale, so my DVD budget is not so bad  :)

Millennium already ordered, I will certainly buy the Lone gunman (it's done) and probably a couple of Charmed seasons (the one with Shannon Doherty)

But our money continue to be stronger than the US$, so it's cost you even less  :)

The part I haven't mentioned yet is that I just spent close to 3000$   >:( in equipment for my truck.  (I hereby award myself a "You're out of your fuckin' mind" negative point).  However I was somewhat reasonable and "only" ordered the following;

24 Season 1 - Never Seen
24 Season 2 - Never Seen
Bruce Lee Ultimate Collection - Seen before but like 35 years ago so let's call it Never Seen
Rocky Anthology - I've seen them all before but there's nothing like a good "Big arms no brain let's beat the crap outta him" movie on a friday evening to make you feel better after a crappy week at work (I hereby award myself two "Sarcasm won't get you anywhere" negative points).

Nope can't do it...I'm saving all my negative points for "the dark side"!

Besides, I can't take away points from posts that make me :hysterical:

My buying it's done : Millenium (season 1, 2 and 3) and the Lone Gunman complete series. Just a little bit over 60 US$ for 4 TV seasons. Since I've already decided to buy Millemium after I've completed the X-files series the sale come at a good time for me.

www.find-dvd.co.uk does that to me all the time. Their price watch alert system is great and I use it like a wish list. You add titles and the price you want it to drop to before buying. When it hits your target price, you get an email. Which is actually a subtle form of torture! "Price Alert from Find DVD" appears in the inbox. ARGH!  :-[
