My first one was a TRS-80 with no hard disk, very little memory and for saving our works a tape recorder was needed. But at 13/14 years old (I ain't sure of the age I got it) it was a great thing and a good way to learn to program in Basic (no real choice to learn).

Of course I don't have it anymore, but it was looking like that.

How about a list of systems I still own and ones I owned at one time or another but don't now?  I've done the first list once before but to recap...

Atari Jaguar
Super Nintendo
Nintendo GameCube
Nintendo DS
Sega Dreamcast
Playstation
Playstation 2
Xbox

And now, systems I have owned at one time or another in the past but which I no longer have...

Atari 2600 (also known as the VCS)
Atari 5200
Atari 7800
Atari Lynx (portable)
NES
Nintendo 64
Original Game Boy (and Pocket Game Boy)
Game Boy Color
3DO
Neo Geo Pocket
Sega Genesis and 32X add-on (which I had one game for) and the add-on Sega CD
Sega Master System
Sega Saturn
ColecoVision
TurboGrafx-16

I'd really be running into storage problems if I'd kept all of those...

I have a considerably smaller list than most of you as without a job it takes a really long time to save up for even one console.

I have now.

Playstation 3 (fat)
Wii.

I used to have.

Ps2 Slim
Ps2 Fat
Ps1
Gameboy Colour x2
Gamebcube.

When I was younger I did a lot of my gaming on PC so I didn't have many consoles.

I didn't know there was a competition...

Mine is the shortest:
I own: PS3 (Slim)

I owned in the past:
PS3 (fat; it broke down with some irreparable motherboard failure)
Commodore 64 (yes, it was not strtictly a gaming console, but seriously, few people actually used it for anything else)

I wasn't trying to suggest any type of competition, I just meant that there seems to be a lot of serious game console collectors here of which I am not.

Achim, I can beat you. I have never owned a game console, except for a gameboy. I grew up playing C64 games and later PC games. Though I vaguely remember that we had some kind of Atari console with one or two games before I had a C64.

I own a Playstation 2 and a Playstation 3. The PS2 is hooked up to a TV upstairs and the PS3 is hooked up in my bedroom, which also has the only HDTV in the house.

I also have a Nintendo DSi and plan on getting a PSP some time in the near future.

My PSN is also filmincarnate for anyone that wants to play some games online

The trailer looks indeed great. But it's only cutscenes, it does not show any gameplay... In the end it will come down to what the game looks like in-game (I am not worried) and what we need to do and how we do it.

I am also very much looking forward to this ever since I first leaned about it (two years ago).
