Rosemary's Baby is the only I have seen from this list, possibly Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed. Only ones I still would like to see, not necessarily own are Inferno, The Bodysnatcher(s?), The Curse of the Demon and Nosferatu. Besides those, any recommendations of which ones are highly recommended?

At least Black Christmass is highly recommanded, since it's a Canadian classic and most people consider it as the first slasher movie (even if the real first one is Bay of Blood) and a very good one. I'm sure that it's a movie that you will like.

Cannibal Holocaust evidently, but you know already that I would recommanded it. Inferno isn't too bad, but it's pale in comparaison with  Suspiria (but it's a hard one to top). I don't remember a lot of Don't Torture a Duckling, but I will rewatch it in the horror marathon so wait for my review. I own Castle of Blood but I haven't watch it yet, it looks like the same genre than Black Sunday. didn't watch or remember any of the others.

Awesome film with great performances from Edward Woodward, Britt Ekland and a very slightly mad performance from Christopher Lee.

No, it's definitely "The Body Snatcher" and I'm so glad to see it on this list. I reviewed it here as part of my Val Lewton marathon (Click Here!). I mention poor old Val at every opportunity because he produced a marvellous run of films. You really should consider it as a nice follow up to your Bava run...   

That's a decent list overall. Loads on it I haven't seen.

I will definitely agree with The Wicker Man; just don't think of it as horror if/when you see it. Another very atmospheric b/w film is Eyes Without A Face (The Criterion Collection, so not cheap but good!).

Go for the Italian Pete, you miss a lot of great horror not exploring this country and the language excuse isn't an excuse since most of them are dubbed in english.
I know your collection better than you since I know you own Zombi 2 under the wrong title Zombi (the real Zombi is Dawn of the Dead in Europe)...

And you have no excuse for not having Black Christmas in your collection already

The whole boxset is seriously worth getting. There's a Martin Scorcese documentary included. Lewton was one of the most influential and important producers of the time.

I'll check that again. Maybe I can grab it cheap during the DeepDiscount sale.

that sale is building up to become a rather expensive event for me. But, I better get it all for a discount and then stop purchases for a month or two
