Topic: Looking for a quote

Hi,

I have parts of a quote in my head and I can't place it. It is in a context where two usually opposing forces (USA and Russia?) have to work together.

The quote is something along the lines "Do you have a file on ..." or "Can I see your file on..." and the reply is "It's just as thick as yours is And of course there's nothing in it"
