As a really poor gamer I'm quite surprised at how short a time it took me to complete (6hrs 15mins-ish), from what friends have said the Live experience is frakking awesome, but where does that leave those of us who aren't overly fussed about getting pwnd by some 14 year-old that should really be out getting fresh air and not sat in a darkened room for way too many hours a day?
Well, I did ask them to get me back my hard drive, especially since it's an upgraded one (320MB instead of 40MB) and I'll give them back the original one. If it should be possible to use an adapter to USB-link it to the new PS3 to get at least the save games, I can at least try so myself. ...or just keep the drive until someone finds a way.
I don't know if the same thing exists for PS3, but for my 360, I have a thing called Xport that I USB-plug into my PC, snap my Xbox harddrive into, and with a special software, I can create an image of the hard drive, including the security bits, should the worst even happen.Which reminds me I should probably re-image the drive soon... haven't done it for a WHILE, and I move around between 3 different Xbox... yeah I know disaster waiting to happen...
