Not sure how I feel about this. It looks great but that eyepatch on anyone other than The Duke seems sacrilegious! Still, I will put my faith in the Coen Brothers...

That looks awesome.

As it isn't a remake, they have a clear run to build on No Country For Old Men. I'm really looking forward to this.

From the looks of that trailer, it appears to be a pretty close remake of the original. Cogburn with the stirrups in his mouth as he shoots both pistols, Mattie falling into the hole with the rattlesnakes.

It's the theme of the story though. Apparently the book focuses on Mattie, not Cogburn. I hear the story is originally much darker and actually even a bit weird. Which is perfect for them.
