Today I received a shipment from Amazon.com. One of the discs was a floater and had been shaken around the Keep case so badly, that it was scratched beyond recognition
I've had floaters before, but none had been scratched so badly; I checked this one with a software and returned error after error after error.
I initiated the return shipment procedure with Amazon, which is done online and eventually received an e-mail saying, that I don't even need to resend the old disc, as shipping costs from Taiwan would exceed the value of the product!
They are going to resend the replacement free of charge to me (normally you need to pay for the product again, if you don't send it back). I have a free coaster now
