Thanks Achim,

I had a bit of a play around, found a menu on the Touch and reset it, downloaded 9.2 and everything seems ok.

I usually do not get addicted to games easily, but I stumbled across "Angry Birds" earlier this week. Actually because of the Bleep Bloop podcast from collegehumor. It has been awhile that I played a game where I just couldn't stop trying to beat a level. And when it's beat to look at the next one, of course. And then getting sucked into that level and so on. As a matter of fact I took the game when going to the can today, planning to play five minutes or so. 45 minutes later I finally emerged  :bag:
Funnily the Bleep Bloop podcast had been warning just about this happening

I got an iPhone for Christmas mainly for the purpose of getting the DVD Profiler app for it which has been working nicely so far. I am however hopelessly addicted to the game Plants Vs. Zombies. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/plants-vs-zombies/id350642635?mt=8

I've already beat the game twice and have beat the desktop version too and it still never gets boring. I've heard Angy Birds is addictive too and so I've been trying my best to stay away from it or I'll never get anything done around here.

My wife gets mad at me when I bring my iPhone into the shitter with me because she knows I'm not coming out any time soon.  :-[

I have tried the demos. Angry Birds just doesn't catch me.

Plants vs Zombie is the only game my partner, who normally doesn't care about gaming, will play repeatedly when holding on to my iPad. (it wad the same with PixelJunk Monsters on the PS3, which is from the same genre.) PopCap makes what some people call "digital crack"; not all of their games, but some. Peggie is great too!

Mine is an iPod touch, not an iPhone. So it is not as bad as it sounds

Others read thew newspaper... What do you do? (no answer needed ).

Of course, I would never actually answert the phone if it were to ring on that location. I always have a good laugh at people standing at a urinal or a stall next to mine and talking away...

I'm with you.  Didn't realize there was anyone else in the world, beside myself, who didn't really get into Angry Birds! :hysterical:

PixelJunk Monsters on the other hand is very enjoyable! Not anywhere near as addicted as my wife, but we've beat the game multiple times on co-op. ;D
