I do understand that as non-german speaker you don't really care whether or not the german bad guys really speak german.

But an average Hollywood movie costs zillions of dollars. Can't you afford a native for you to write foreign dialogs?

It's not just german, I've heard the same compaints from french and skandinavian people.

And it's not just the pronunciation but also totally incorrect grammar. How can I take a movie seriously when the bad guy is supposed to speak something in german and I as a german native have no clue whatsoever what he's talking about?

PS: Or one of my favourites:

Die Hard 1:
German bad boss screams to german bad guy: "Schieß die Fenster!"
Bad guy: "Hu?"
Bad boss: "Schieß! Die! Fenster!"
Bad guy: "Hu?"
Bad boss: "Shoot the window!"
Bad guy: "Aaaaah!" *ratattatatattataaa*

I want to hear the voice of the actor who is in the film...period. I do not mind subtitles, if I miss something I will watch the movie again. I like to hear the foreign language even if I don't understand it.

I think you missed my point. I was not advertising dubbing. But when an actor in an american movie is supposed to speak german or swedish because the script says he should, then the words that come out of his mouth should be german or swedish and not some glibberish.

btw "thinking", I have to show you this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Vq6tEVeC3as :D
