« on: July 25, 2007, 04:55:23 PM »
Since I learnt how to post an image (blame RossRoy for this  ), here's a little game for you:
can you name all 20 movies?
All the extracts (is this a proper word?  :-[ ) are from covers in my collection

All correct except for n° 7 that is definitely wrong (it's a musical)
And n° 11  is not the first Pink Panther movie but one of the sequels

This game is unfair, R2 dvd's almost always have different covers.  I thought of Apollo 13 but mine doesn't look like that at all.

Highly recommended too, unabashedly romantic. Every single line of dialogue (and I mean ALL OF IT) in the film is sung in recitative. The Region 1 release (UPC 741952301493) has a gorgeous anamorphic transfer (but a very mediocre extra). I hear the R2 release is a two disc set.

Anyway, I'm lost on 7.

I know it's unfair. Didn't you notice the devilish smiley?
Anyway, you can look at the covers in my collection http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/Sanuye
(if you know the italian title    )

There are umbrellas... so it's raining. It's a musical so they aren't talking, they are...

15, I'd say is Dirty Harry, but I'm not sure it's the original? Enforcer maybe.

19 is definitely Romance and Cigarettes. Haven't seen it, but that rather nice leg stick in my mind ...
