Ghost Whisperer: The Final Season: Disc 2

5. CAUSE FOR ALARM
Original Airdate 10/23/2009
An obsessive businessman's elaborate security network is mysteriously breached, leading him to believe that he is being haunted by his dead sister.

My Thoughts:
I enjoyed this episode quite a bit. It has a good storyline. This is also the episode that we find out Aiden can see more then just ghosts.

My Ratings:

6. HEAD OVER HILL
Original Airdate 10/30/2009
When Halloween hits Grandview, a headless houseman stalks the night and Melinda wants to know why.

My Thoughts:
I enjoyed every second of this episode! Of course that is of no surprise... after all it is a Halloween episodes. And they tend to be my favorite episodes of pretty much any series. Add that to the fact that they touched on one of my favorite stories... The Legend of Sleepy Hollow... made for a great episode!

My Ratings:

7. DEVIL'S BARGAIN
Original Airdate 11/6/2009
A ghost haunting the hospital may be connected to the disappearance of a beautiful young medical student who became a pawn in a power struggle.

My Thoughts:
Another good episode. I enjoyed the storyline... and Jennifer Love Hewitt working a stripper pole for a moment was worth watching the episode on it's own!

My Ratings:

8. DEAD LISTING
Original Airdate 11/13/2009
A ghost leads Melinda to his own body and she must determine whether a power couple's love-hate relationship led to murder.

My Thoughts:
Another one I enjoyed. A good storyline... and liked the characters. This one had a bit of a light-hearted feel to it. Which was nice after a more serious episode that the last one was.

Ghost Whisperer: The Final Season: Disc 3

9. LOST IN THE SHADOWS
Original Airdate 11/20/2009
Melinda tries to separate her son Aiden from the ghost of a young girl who is determined to turn him against his mother.

My Thoughts:
A very good episode. It advances the season long arc nicely. We learn a little more about the Shinnies and the Shadows. And it deals with every parent's fear... your child being lost somewhere while you frantically search for them.

My Ratings:

10. EXCESSIVE FORCE
Original Airdate 12/4/2009
Melinda encounters the spirit of a teen who supposedly died in a skateboarding accident – but the ghost claims that his death was the revenge of a local cop.

My Thoughts:
I enjoyed this one as well... though not quite as much as the previous ones. Mainly I just didn't care much about the characters in this episode. It felt like just an average filler episode.

My Ratings:

11. DEAD AIR
Original Airdate 1/8/2010
Melinda helps some radio shock jocks who have become the targets if a vengeful ghost after revealing humiliating personal details duringan on-air prank.

My Thoughts:
This one I enjoyed quite a bit... kept my interest through-out the entire episode. A really interesting storyline. There is also a familiar face in this one with Kadeem Hardison... who was one of the main stars of the TV Series A Different World.

My Ratings:

12. BLESSING IN DISGUISE
Original Airdate 1/29/2010
The new family in town isn't quite what it seems, and Melinda must uncover their secret before it tears apart two young lovers.

My Thoughts:
This one is pretty good... but not a favorite. A decent storyline. But really no more then a decent filler episode.

Ghost Whisperer: The Final Season: Disc 4

13. LIVING NIGHTMARE
Original Airdate 1/29/2010
At the hospital, Melinda encounters an unbalanced patient who may be the victim of a family curse... but is it biological or supernatural?

My Thoughts:
While a good episode... it isn't one of my favorites. It is an interesting storyline... but I just found I didn't care about the characters.

My Ratings:

14. DEAD TO ME
Original Airdate 2/5/2010
When an occult anthropology professor receives a spirit board as a gift, it relays a series of urgent messages – but Melinda can't figure out the ghost's identity.

My Thoughts:
This one guest stars Margaret Cho. This episode is one of my favorite of the last season. I really like the storyline... it reminds me a lot of the episodes from the first season where they were less concerned with a season long arc, but at the same time advances the season long storyline a bit.

My Ratings:

15. IMPLOSION
Original Airdate 3/5/2010
A spirit leads Melinda to an abandoned military base where she learns that deadly explosives have fallen into the fans of someone with nefarious intentions.

My Thoughts:
Another excellent episode. One that puts one of the long time characters in grave danger. Definitely enjoyed every second of it.

My Ratings:

16. OLD SINS CAST LONG SHADOWS
Original Airdate 3/12/2010
A routine antiques sale leads Melinda to discover the soul of a young girl trapped in a house by dangerous forces somehow connected to the Book of Changes.

My Thoughts:
Another episode I enjoyed quite a bit. Though it isn't quite as good as the previous couple. I really liked the storyline with the old lady ghost in the house. They left it open at the end... and I can't remember if they had the chance to get back to this storyline to finish it off. I am hoping they did though.

My Ratings:

Ghost Whisperer: The Final Season: Disc 5

17. ON THIN ICE
Original Airdate 4/2/2010
When a comic book artist begins channeling drawings of future events, Melinda tracks down the vengeful ghost who is haunting him.

My Thoughts:
Another episode with Margaret Cho guest starring... reprising her role as Ned's college professor. I enjoyed this episode quite a bit. It held my attention from beginning to the end. Though this one is no more then a filler episode. It does nothing to advance the season long arc.

My Ratings:

18. DEAD EYE
Original Airdate 4/9/2010
Melinda helps a deceased private investigator whose last case involved a newly minted millionaire who was trying to find true love.

My Thoughts:
This episode is pretty good... but nothing special. While the storyline is a good one, I really just didn't care too much about the characters. This episode is just a filler episode for the most part but it does also touch on the season long arc towards the end.

My Ratings:

19. LETHAL COMBINATION
Original Airdate 4/30/2010
When a nanny's actions puts Melinda's son at risk, she looks into the woman's past and encounters an angry ghost who makes murderous accusations.

My Thoughts:
This is a good episode. I enjoyed it more then the previous episode. This one doesn't touch the season long arc. which is surprising as far along into the season that we are. Only 3 episodes left to watch.

My Ratings:

20. BLOOD MONEY
Original Airdate 5/7/2010
A night out turns grim for three teens when one of them disappears in an abandoned house ... and Melinda suspects the vanishing is connected to a decade-old kidnapping.

My Thoughts:
This is kind of an average filler episode. It has a good storyline... but I found I really didn't care too much for the characters.

Ghost Whisperer: The Final Season: Disc 5

21. DEAD RINGER
Original Airdate 5/14/2010
Melinda begins to doubt her powers and herself when a ghost she is trying to help turns out to be someone who is still alive.

My Thoughts:
I enjoyed every second of this episode. It has an interesting storyline and focuses strongly on the season long arc. Though that is to be expected with only two episodes left.

My Ratings:

22. THE CHILDREN'S PARADE
Original Airdate 5/21/2010
As Melinda attempts to free the hospital from a poltergeist, she faces a final conflict with the dark forces that has targeted her and her son.

My Thoughts:
This episode is an excellent season finale. I enjoyed every minute of it. The storyline kept me interested from the beginning till the end. I really liked the ghost kids in the hospital. While this did make a great season finale... not so much for a series finale. Well not that it is a bad one. More like it just didn't feel like a goodbye to the series. They probably didn't find out in time this was the final season. George Wendt of Cheers fame guest stars in this episode as a pretty comedic ghost plumber.

My Ratings:

Extras On This Disc:
- A Season of Changes Featurette
- The Other Side IV Webseries
- Ghost Town Interactive Game
- Ghosts of Rockland Memorial Interactive Game
