Today I got the third season of Airwolf and thus completed the series (we won't talk of what came after)

Ah, crap. Now I need to ask you to talk about what you won't talk about! What did come after?

Airwolf II. In the pilot episode of Airwolf II they killed off Santini and Stringfellow. Archangel was transfered but The Firm has found Saint John, Stringfellow's brother.

Then they reused many of the fighting sequences of Airwolf. They even invented another Airwolf-like helicopter to reuse the footage of the Redwolf episode.

Funny fact: Barry Van Dyke played a main character in both crappy series that used combat footage of their preceding series: Galactica 1980 & Airwolf II.

Ta for that. I shall avoid it! I always preferred Blue Thunder anyway. ;) Well, the film at least.
