Everybody started their collection with their first DVD!  Personally, I've been collecting for a little over 11 years.

Size doesn't really matter here.  Passion does!

Got news for you... ER lasted 15 years! So you will have more then 10 years to eventually buy!  :tease:

But like Hal said... we all started somewhere... the number of titles don't matter here!

As Hal said, you don't need to have a large collection to have a nice collection, and no one with a much larger collection is going to judge you or think less of you for a smaller collection. We like what we like, and what you show so far looks nice enough to me.

(Besides, Pete will never be able to watch all of his 136 completed series anyway... I should see if I can seance an HDTV and Blu-ray player into the afterlife so that it will be ready for him so that he can finish them all.)
I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

Someone, I think it was Hal, posted a link that has a lot of TV series on sale - buy 1 get one free. I'm afraid I went nuts! If you're interested: http://www.deepdiscount.com/Buy-1-Get-1-Free-Sony-TV-Titles

I picked up all the All in the Family and Barney Miller that I was missing. I love these series and was thrilled to get them at such a cheap price.

I also picked up the available seasons of The Jeffersons, Party of Five, Starsky and Hutch. The Forever Knight Trilogy parts 1 and 2, Mad About You, Hart to Hart and finally the complete seasons of Soap and Sanford & Son.

Did you know I was downsizing?  :bag:

It's the Kathy version of downsizing. Go crazy at a sale then, later, ship them off to other deserving collectors.

I did look through that sale...there are a few I am sort of interested in, but nothing I really, really want.  So I didn't order anything..though I could still change my mind.

My own fault? Nope..not all.  It is all Jon's fault.  Yup.  Jon.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
